I have worked in Africa since 2018 on aquatic invasions and their impacts on the environment and human wellbeing.

I work mainly in southern Africa across the Zambezian Ecoregion with representatives from African Parks, Ministry of Fisheries in Malawi, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe and the South African Institute for Aquatic Biodiversity.

I lived in South Africa and completed work for WWF-Zambia from 2018-2021 and regularly return to contribute to field research and capacity building across the region.
